Ombré and dip-dying have been on again, off again trends on the runways for the past several seasons; this time they’re appearing not on silken dresses, but on silken tresses.
We think Katie Shillingford, above, totally rocks the look in a futuristic Fifth Element sort of way, but we’re unsure on how the trend will pan out for the rest of us. Â Unless you’re daring and willing to let your hair dictate the rest of your wardrobe, we wouldn’t recommend asking your hairdresser for something quite so bold as hers. Â More wearable (and office-appropriate), however, would be to softly blend your regrowth into the rest of your hair, so you get a loose, youthful, natural play of color.
