It’s definitely going to be a challenge for BuyWithMe to not only compete with Groupon, but take over Living Social, Gilt City and some of the emerging competitors. But when you consider than most cities have more than 365 businesses who would enjoy being featured on the sites, it’s definitely too early to rule them out.

A college friend forwarded this to me and it seems that BuyWithMe is doing something different than groupon by working with merchants and thus providing customers with better experiences. I like that, as a customer and a small business owner.

It’ll be interesting to learn what happens to Buywithme. Thanks.
