Andy Shaw and Robert Silkstone decided to use their auto background for inspiration on their new line of luxury watches Industrial North Design. The Britannic and Vanguard-Precision watches are the first to be released and will be made in a limited number of 15 each. These exclusive watches are inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, Geodesic domes, construction of the beehive and British industry. The process and detail of these watches is intensive and precise creating a custom made watch worth the bucks, £5000 ($8280).
This kind of attention to design, combining industry, geometry and nature creates a well rounded priceless item. The thought and craft put into this concept will carry these watches through generations. This is the kind of watch a father gives to his son, a family heirloom. In a world where fast fashion and production line turn over, a finely crafted product is hard to find.
