Gadgets, gizmos, and legos – oh my!

If you’ve ever dreamt of experiencing the cutting-edge in smartphone technology – all while eating a continuous stream of pancakes, playing with Legos, and doing Etch-a-Sketch in 3D – then Sunday was your lucky day. Gizmodo’s ridiculously tricked-out “Giz Gallery ’09” in downtown New York featured all of the above as well as leopard-print tasers (really!), laser etching and an open-source 3D printer that plays Daft Punk while it works – may we suggest Technologic?. If you weren’t able to make it to the city, live the dream vicariously – check out these very cool Giz Gallery photos instead.
