Abercrombie discriminates

There is nothing more annoying than being inconvenienced by “company policy.” We’ve all had situations where we couldn’t sit here or return that due to company policy. Sometimes you find an understanding salesperson or manager who will let it slide, but this was not the case for Molly Maxson. The 14-year-old Abercrombie and Fitch shopper in St. Paul, Minn was with her older sister while shopping, when her sister asked if she could join Molly in the fitting rooms because of a disability which means she can’t be left alone. The sister’s request was repeatedly denied by employees, managers and even customer service when she called for further assistance. Maxson is now financially victorious at the end of  a 4 year court battle between the family and Abercrombie.
