Wal-Mart Gets Pretty

walmartWal-Mart has launched an online sector, including home delivery, for its beauty and health products. Kelly Thompson, Walmart.com chief merchant says “adding these products online and in our stores, we can better help our customer shop the way they want.” Online competitor drugstore.com has long had a section solely for beauty products (on the aptly named Beauty.com), so the move could see Wal-Mart offering more competition to sites with a similar product selection in this space.
