SALVAGED: Gourmet’s 25 Best Recipes

On October 13th, a lone Tweet called out from the sinking ship that was Gourmet magazine. That voice, Executive Editor John Willoughby‘s, told us to high-tail it to Gourmet.com and copy its recipes – before it was too late.

A week later, and the fate of Gourmet.com remains in the balance, but thankfully Slashfood has taken the necessary precautions by assembling its 25 yummiest and most unique recipes. And these aren’t your Granny’s home-made casseroles either – with recipes for things like avocado marshmallows and Dijon mustard ice cream, you’d better believe that you won’t find these recipes anywhere else.
