Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob, frozen or corn on the cob, fresh, husked and cleaned
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • cayenne pepper, to taste (optional)
  • 1-2 teaspoon dried herbs

Directions

Remove frozen corn from package and grill until corn is hot and you have nice grill marks. Mix melted butter with remaining ingredients and spread all over hot corn.

Sprinkle corn with added salt if you like. Serve immediately.

Tip- If you like your corn REALLY sweet- soak the ears in warm sugar water for 15 minutes or more before grilling.

Bacon Ranch Potato Salad {Group Recipes}

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered shopping list
  • oil shopping list
  • salt to taste shopping list
  • pepper to taste shopping list
  • 1 cup chopped, cooked smoked bacon shopping list
  • 1 cup diced red onion shopping list
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley shopping list
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, lightly coat potatoes with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a large sheet pan. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until tender; cool.

Combine bacon, onion, parsley and ranch dressing; toss with potatoes. Season with additional salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated.

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat grill for high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar. Place asparagus in the bowl, and toss to coat.
  3. Lightly oil a fine-mesh grill grate. Place asparagus on grate, and cook 8 minutes, until tender but firm. Garnish with sesame seeds to serve.
