Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something from David Tutera’s Bridal Jewelry Collection

If you’re keeping up, you may recall our coverage of Vera Wang’s new line of bridal jewels. Excited? Us too. This week another wedding gown designer is adding an affordable line of those timeless symbols of love to his repertoire. We’re talking about bridal designer and celebrity wedding planner, David Tutera. He has launched his premiere collection of designs for brides-to-be, but this time he’s swapping satin for sapphires.

Showcased in four collections, Tutera’s Eternal collection represens the “cherishing of a bright future”; the Heirloom collection “embodies love that stands the test of time”; the Radiance collection ensures “all eyes are on the bride,” and the Legacy collection “epitomizes the enduring union in which the love story continues.”

David says, “Your wedding story begins with choosing the perfect engagement ring. I am proud to offer my designer style and more than 25 years of bridal expertise to help make women’s dreams come true with a dazzling line of affordable wedding rings. ”

Megan Featherston, Vice President of Jewelry at Sears says, “The launch of the David Tutera Bridal Jewelry Collection is another example of Sears’ continued commitment to delight customers with the splendor they’ve dreamed of at an incredible value”. The line is currently available at Sears online.{Diamonds.net}

What makes these precious designs even more unique are the blue sapphires set in each band to offer that special “something blue” for the bride to wear on her wedding day.

Even though the recession may technically be a thing of the past, we love that more designers are offering more accessible wedding options that follow higher end (more expensive) styles. Though the wedding day may be one of the happiest days many people experience, being able to look back on the rings as a reminder of lifetime commitment rather than lifetime debt paying for the whole thing is never a bad option.
