Caravan: Craigslist for Creatives

Caravan is a new (free) Craigslist-like portal of worldwide sublets and apartment swaps, open only to pre-approved creatives. Users must register and the screening process prevents “real estate agents and erectile dysfunction drug pushers from getting onto the site”. “Creatives” applies to photographers, illustrators, artists, directors and the whole lot of related –ors and –ists looking to travel internationally or relocate. Caravan’s like-industry husband and wife team have weathered the costs of hotel-living and big-city beginnings, sympathize, and want us to waste not.
